Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only:
- Refunds will be issued via store credit or coupon code equal to the value of the returned item(s), unless otherwise agreed upon
- In cases of defective or incorrect items, we may issue a full refund or reship the item at no additional cost
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
